This one was quite easy. There's nothing that says "funeral" like the Lord of the Rings soundtrack. Right now, some of you may be taken aback. All I mean is that that soundtrack covers everything - glory, celebration, death, loss, fear, vulnerability, joy. That was a most majestic composition, with recurring themes and harmonies that stay with you long after the movie is over. Please play this for me when I'm dead, so that I can ascend to the heavens among the violins and hobbits. Yes, there are hobbits in heaven.
Since it is my funeral, I wouldn't object if you wanted to play this song too during the wake. A song that I used to listen to constantly when walking to high school in the cool spring morning, and every note holds so many memories and emotions I feel like a lifetime has passed every time I hear it. I felt the live version is fascinating to watch, but too rushed, so here you go.
Cheers to dying in style!
